>All requests for refund for the Summer session 2008 will be accepted until April 1st 2008. Administration fees of $25.00 will be retained.

>Refunds due to medical reason are extended until June 1st 2008. A medical note must be submitted with the request. No administration fees will be retained for those reasons.

>Past those 2 dates mentioned above, all requests for refund will be rejected, except those due to medical reason or moving. A medical note or proof of moving (ex.: copy of lease or hydro bill) will be required. Refunds are proportional to the number of sessions left from the date of the request to the end of the season which is April 27th.

>The delay to process the request for refund is 6 to 8 weeks.

>Based on the reason given for requesting a refund, the Lachine Amateur Soccer Association reserves the right to issue a credit for the following session rather than a monetary refund.

>All requests for refund must be submitted either by e-mail or by mail directly to the treasurer to the address mentioned above.
